My name is Mariëlle Dekkers, founder of Gelretours. I have been working as a city guide with great pleasure since 2012. After completing my training as a National Guide in Amsterdam, I returned to the east of the Netherlands, where my roots lie. Here are cities full of history and character, which deserve to be discovered with care. It is from this conviction that Gelretours was born.

Our city walks
With Gelretours, I organize guided city walks with professional guides in various historic cities. In Nijmegen, centuries-old and Roman stories come together, while in cities like Zutphen and Deventer, you can still feel the Hanseatic past everywhere. Arnhem, Doesburg, and Kampen are also excellent to explore on foot, especially when you know where to look.
